Terms

Terms of use

By using martinezsonsremodeling.com you agree to these terms.

Information only

The pages on this site give general information about remodeling trades and local permit offices. They are not legal, engineering or code advice. Codes, fees and procedures change, so confirm the current rules with the building department that covers your address before you start work.

Quotes and projects

Sending the quote form does not create a contract. Any project is agreed in a written scope and price between you and Martinez & Sons Remodeling before work begins.

Third-party sites

Pages link to public agency sites and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms and the site at any time. The current version is the one on this page.
