What we do
Six kinds of work, one scope
Door Installation
Entry, patio and interior doors hung plumb, flashed and sealed against the weather.
Window Installation
Replacement windows and new openings, with flashing done in the right order.
Demolition
Interior tear-out with dust control, shutoffs handled and a clear path for debris.
Flooring
Tile, plank, vinyl and engineered wood, prepared for slab homes on clay soils.
Wood and Trim Remodeling
Baseboard, casing, paneling, built-ins and stair parts cut to fit the real room.
Interior Remodeling
Kitchens, bathrooms and whole interiors, sequenced from a written scope.
How a job runs
From walkthrough to final clean

Walk the job
We look at the rooms, measure, and ask what you want changed and what has to stay. You get a written scope, not a verbal guess.
Price it in writing
The quote lists the work room by room, with allowances for materials you will choose, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Build in order
Demolition, rough-in, inspections, drywall, tile, trim and paint follow in sequence, so no trade works over another's finished surface.
Walk it again
We go through the finished work with you against the scope, close the punch list and leave the house clean.
Where we work
Four counties, seven towns
Every town has its own permit office, its own rules for contractors and its own mix of old and new houses. Each town page lays out the local details before you start.
Travis County
Williamson County
Hays County
Bastrop County
Before you sign
Three checks for any remodeling contract in Texas
Check the trade licenses. Texas licenses electricians and HVAC contractors through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and plumbers through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Both publish license searches.
Read the disclosure statement. Before you sign a residential construction contract, Section 53.255 of the Texas Property Code requires the contractor to give you a disclosure statement that explains your rights, including how to protect yourself from unpaid subcontractor and supplier claims.
Ask who pulls the permit. Each city sets its own rules. Kyle registers contractors, Round Rock puts every trade on one permit, Bastrop takes building permit applications on Mondays, and Austin lets small kitchen and bathroom remodels use a one-day express permit. Start with the page for your town.
