About Martinez & Sons Remodeling
Martinez & Sons Remodeling is a home remodeling company with an address on Airport Boulevard in East Austin, Texas. The work is the inside of the house: doors and windows, demolition and tear-out, flooring, wood and trim, and full kitchen, bathroom and interior remodels.
Most requests come from homeowners who are changing a layout, replacing worn finishes or fixing something that was never done right the first time. The scope for each job is written down before it starts, so the price and the finished result match what was discussed.
What we do
Each service has its own page with the steps, materials and local code points that apply in Texas. Start with the one closest to your project, or send a request and describe the work in your own words.
Where we work
Quotes cover seven towns in four counties: Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop. Each town has its own page with its permit office, neighborhoods and the building context that shapes a project there.
Permits and licensing
Permits and inspections in Texas are handled by each city's building department, and electricians, HVAC contractors and plumbers are licensed by the state. Each town page points to the official permit office. Before any project, confirm what your address needs with that office, and ask any contractor you hire for license details so you can check them with the state.
